I’m a UX Writer, Content Designer, and Localization Specialist with a unique background that shapes my user-centric approach.

My journey started in art history, where I built a strong foundation in visual communication and storytelling. Later, I worked in customer service and advertising support roles at companies like Mango, Klarna, and Meta, gaining hands-on experience with user needs, communication challenges, and digital engagement.

I’ve since worked as a UX Writer and Content Designer in industries such as banking, travel, and accessibility, collaborating with organizations including BBVA, Randstad, and Destinia. My projects range from redesigning in-branch kiosk flows, to creating accessible CV-builder apps, to improving error messages and user journeys across digital platforms.

As a Localization Expert, I craft content in English, Spanish, and German—going beyond translation to adapt communication for cultural nuance, clarity, and accessibility.

What drives me is simple: creating digital experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and human, empowering users through content that feels natural and easy to navigate.
